Question by nm_aaw: Can WiFi laptop and LAN enabled PC can create home network using Unicorn broadband router (4 LAN ports + WiFi?
I’m using ADSL for internet connection. Recently I bought Unicorn wireless broadband router (4 LAN port + 802.11g) for my desktop PC (with LAN connection) and wireless laptop to share ADSL connection. Internet access from both units is OK. I want to make home network for my desktop PC and wireless laptop. How can I configure home network?? I don’t want laptop to connect physically to router.

It’s possible, suggest you consult your vendor. Basically it’s got to do with the set up on your laptop, if the router has already been installed correctly.
I have three PC’s networked with a wireless router at home. (Netgear 54Mbps Wireless ADSL Firewall Router). This router is a combination of five products – ADSL 2 +modem+router+firewall+802.11g access point and a four port Ethernet switch.
Two of the comps are wireless connected, while one is wired. The wireless connected PC’s have a wireless antenna each that receives the signals.
Has the installation and configuration been done correctly?
Why not ask your new router vendor to look into the problem?
