Question by jade: how do i update my network adapter driver it is telling me no updates are available?
I am currently running windows xp and i work from home i was told I have to update my network adapter and it is not finding any updates when i try in device manager ect..I have looked online also and i find nothing (Broadcom NetLink Gigabit Ethernet) What can I do to update if there are no updates to be found?

  1. I never use Device Manager as it almost never works for me. It’s best to go to the manufacturer’s website and download any firmware updates and install them manually.

  2. If you can’t find what you’re looking for on the manufacturer’s website then I recommend you start to consider other options.
