Any suggestions on what software and hardware I will need?
I already have Windows XP Pro Operating Systems and a cable modem to which all the computers will share for internet access.

1) install a router behind your cablemodem
2) put each computer into the same workgroup
3) set up shared folders on computers as you wish.
4) turn on print and file sharing on each computer
5) set all firewalls to allow print and file sharing.
6) when you set up wireless, use WPA inlieu of WEP for encryption.
