are network setting stored in the registry , I mean if I want to copy network settings/configuration and everything from one server to another can this be done by one click or something ? I tried to export the whole registry and merge it into another computer in the safe mode, it says not all keys are added , however my purpose is to move network settings to another computer, is there a way to do that ?

Just download and use Microsofts Migration Tool. It is wizard driven, saves and copies all your settings for you.
